I am a typical 20-something who wants to be a part of changing the world. I have big dreams and I no longer want to let things stand in the way of me fulfilling those dreams. Teaching is the only profession I have ever truly dreamed of doing. After graduating from college I worked as a Kindergarten assistant and an After School teacher. I am currently teaching gym, art, music, and English to children aged 0 to 6 in Beijing, China. I am hoping that this is only the first of many opportunities to spend time in another country. I am an avid animal lover. I have a dog, Bruiser, and a cat, Mercutio. I don't have many hobbies but I do enjoy traveling, shopping, scrapbooking, and watching movies. Living in China is already beginning to change my life. It is a welcomed change!
