In two weeks

I will leave for China. Wasn't it just yesterday that I had three weeks left? Where exactly does the time go?

Oh, and about yesterday's post: That tub of Ben & Jerry's is... OVER

Probably the last tub I'll eat for over a year. It was delicious.

Do they have ice cream in China? I read in the city of Suzhou there is "Mr. Softee," a brand started on the streets of New York City. Ruan xin xian sheng, aka Mr. Soft Heart, is experiencing a boom in sales and their trucks are now bringing ice cream to two separate cities in China. Fingers crossed they move into Beijing soon. Apparently ice cream originated in China 3000 years ago and was really just an assortment of flavored ices. Well, I am not really into flavored ice. I need a pint of Half Baked to make my life perfect.

Wait.. Please tell me I won't have to eat ice cream with chopsticks. Crap.

  2. There absolutely IS ice cream in China. Red bean, green tea, lotus...the list goes on. Yum! And they even have spoons for round-eyes!
